 Application Fee :  Rs.400/-  (Rs.100/- for SC/ST/PH-Ex-SM candidates) to be deposited in either any branch of Purvanchal Gramin Bank of in State Bank of India (SBI) through a Challan form.

Candidate should download two  hard copies of the duly filled in Application Form at the time of submission, which they will have to submit at the time of interview. The Candidates should also note/remember the Registration number and Password for future reference and use.
